DO YOU DELIVER TO HOME OR WORK OR BOTH ?

We will deliver to both , please select your delivery details if it is different to your home address , if you work in a protected building or an office we will call you from outside to come down and pick up your parcel.

I KNOW THAT MY PURCHASE WILL NOT FIT THROUGH MY LETTER BOX ABD I WILL NOT BE AT HOME. WILL YOU STILL DELLIVER ?

Many customers advise us of a safe place to leave the order - feel free to call us , email us or even pop it on the delivery address information.

WILL YOU HAVE ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS ON YOU WHEN YOU DELLIVER ?

Our drivers only carry the orders purchased online and do not carry anything else , if you realise you have missed something off your order please contact us before 12 noon so we can add this to your order and request payment from you.

I HAVE ORDERED INCORRECTLY HOW DO I SWAP MY ORDER FOR WHAT I SHOULD HAVE ORDERED ?

If you get your delivery and realise you have ordered the wrong product please contact us via email , we are happy to come back the next day and collect your incorrect order and replace it with what you have ordered there is a charge of £3.00 for this. If the error is ours then we will return the next day for free to change the order for the correct stock. Please not that any liquids that have been opened or any coils that have been fitted or taken out of the packet can not be replaced.

CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIME ?

As our routes are determined by orders placed on the day it is very difficult for us to deliver in a specific time frame , by all means call us 10 minutes before the order line closes at 12 noon for an estimated delivery time and we will try and be as accurate with in half an hour as we can be. Our estimate can not take into account any difficulties we may come across on the roads.
